Alvaldi AB is an independent, privately-owned holding company founded in 2014 by Swedish businessman Sïmon Saneback. 

Alvaldi makes passive seed investments in growth companies and early-stage funds with a focus on technology, social impact and emerging trends.

The name Alvaldi originates from Norse mythology and means ‘the all-powerful one’. Alvaldi was a giant who is said to be exceedingly wealthy in gold, and upon his death, his sons divided his wealth up between them by measuring it out in mouthfuls.
